Product Description
The MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) is a new mobile audio/video interface standard for directly connecting mobile phones and other portable consumer electronics (CE) devices to high-definition televisions (HDTVs) and displays.
The MHL standard features a single-cable with a low pin-count interface able to support up to 1080p high-definition (HD) video and digital audio while simultaneously charging the connected device.
The MHL Micro USB male to HDMI female adapter is ideal for connecting your Tablet, Smartphone or other MHL enabled device to an HDMI TV using your HDMI cable. This adapter transmits both audio and video. The adapter easily connects to the USB 2.0 Micro-B port of a MHL enabled device on one end while it connects to the HDMI port of an HDTV or an HDMI home theater system via a HDMI cable.
The power cable must be connected to the adapter while using it to send video and audio through HDMI. Power charger is not included in packaging. The MHL adapter features an USB Micro-B (female) power input. Connect the charger supplied with your mobile device to the MHL adapter to power your mobile device while it is in use..
This is only for MHL compatible phones. Please make sure your phone is compatible before purchase
